What can we even call shorts this short? The term "Daisy Dukes" seems a little too generous... My mom said (uh, YES SHE DOES TOO read Drunk of the Week, each and every week) that she'd normally call shorts like these "nut-huggers." But then she looked at the photo a second time and said, "Nope, those are so short, they can't hug NOTHIN'!"
