Everything old is new again.

I feel bad for people who don't like summer. They're broken.

What a whiner. And why would the combination of Broadway and heat make one anxious? Perhaps worried that all the teriyaki joints lack proper refrigeration?

As luck would have it, I am winging south for work. I am somewhat bitter that I will miss day 2 of the storm. Yesterday was most excellent.

@3: It depends on where you are at. In Seattle, summer is usually pleasant. But if you live in other parts of the country where you have no AC, your windows face east and south, and the dewpoint is consistently over 60, then summer will be a living hell. Even in Seattle if you have the first two conditions, it can be painful at times.

@5 "to this grey town"? where else are they talking about?

@6: Fine, fine. I took your comment as a general statement on summer (which I also hate, be it in Seattle, New York, or especially South Carolina--my exception is Montana, which has awesome summers!).

I love summer here. But the only reason summer here is uniquely awesome is the rain the rest of the year. So I get this, in a way.

Wah.

I remember when I was in community college. I thought my angst was meaningful too.
